VNC scan service
Welcome to GoToMyVNC’s service scan.
This webservice will run a quick script to see if it can detect any machines on your LAN that are accepting VNC connections from the “real world”. It checks the first ten Displays only, 0 thru 9.
Don’t worry: a real VNC session is not initiated. This just checks to see if your firewall/router/gateway rules are all groovy.

NDR to the postmaster
Exchange Server:
If you would like copies of “NDR” messages to go to the postmaster, you can simply set this up in Exchange. To do this:
* Exchange 5.5: Properties of Internet Mail Service, “Internet Mail” tab, click the “Notifications” button
* Exchange 2000: Properties of your Virtual Server, “Messages” tab, add an entry to “Send a copy of NDR’s to”
NOTE a) Not necessary to restart the service.
NOTE b) Its always best to ensure you’re running the latest Exchange Service Pack (at time of writing, the latest are Exchange 5.5 SP4 and Exchange 2000 SP3)

Exchange 2000 recipient policies
Exchange 2000:
Nelle policy degli indirizzi email (in recipient policies), si può customizzare il formato degli indirizzi per gli utenti. I template da usare sono i seguenti:
The Recipient Policy has a series of variables that you can use:
%s = Surname (Last Name)
%g = Given Name (First Name)
%i = Middle Initials
%d = Display Name
%m = Exchange Alias
So if you want their email addresses to be in the format of .@domain.com, then the string you would enter in the “Address” field would be %g.%s@domain.com. If you wanted their address to be in the format of @domain.com then you would enter %s%1g@domain.com this will use the 1st character of their first name.
